2A: Eat Smart, Be Smart

2A: Eat Smart, Be Smart

" To eat is a necessity, but to eat intelligently is an art."

In today’s evolving world, it is essential to instil values like self-discipline, mindfulness, discernment and most importantly, respect for ones own body. To reinforce these virtues, Class 2A conducted a well-curated Morning Assembly. The assembly commenced with Vande Mataram, followed by the soulful chanting of the prayer, News Headlines, Panchang, and Thought of the Day.

An impactful skit depicted a battle between Junk Food and Healthy Food, where vibrant characters representing fruits and vegetables triumphantly defeated processed snacks, highlighting the nutritional superiority of wholesome eating. Following the drama, an upbeat dance routine celebrated the vitality and joy of making nutritious choices presenting the themes of Eat Smart, Be Smart; National Junk Food Day; Gender Equality and AI. The assembly ended with positive affirmations, School Song and National Anthem. The young performers radiated enthusiasm and displayed growing self-confidence on stage. The assembly was seamlessly synchronized and left the audience with a strong message:

The food you choose today shapes the mind and body you'll have tomorrow.'
