CLASS IVC ASSEMBLY - Respect the Hands That Feed Us

CLASS IVC ASSEMBLY - Respect the Hands That Feed Us

Class IV-C conducted a meaningful  assembly on the theme “Respect the Hands That Feed Us” on 16 October 2026, highlighting the invaluable contribution of farmers to our lives. The assembly began with the morning prayer, followed by the Thought of the Day, news updates and Panchang.

Through an engaging skit, a vibrant ramp walk, the National Unity Day pledge, a melodious group song and Mass PT, students conveyed the importance of respecting farmers and appreciating their hard work in feeding the nation. The assembly beautifully highlighted the journey of food from farms to our plates and reminded everyone that every grain is precious.

The students pledged to respect farmers, avoid wasting food, take only as much food as they can eat and value every meal. The assembly concluded with a powerful message that respecting food means respecting the farmers who work tirelessly to grow it. The programme inspired everyone to express gratitude towards our Annadatas and adopt mindful food habits in their daily lives.

“Respect the farmer, value every grain, and let no food go to waste!”
