XI A conducted a special assembly on the topic “Preparedness for Natural Disasters” to spread awareness about the importance of being informed, alert, and prepared during emergencies. The assembly highlighted how awareness, timely action, and responsible behaviour can help protect lives and reduce the impact of disasters. A skit on disaster preparedness was presented to demonstrate the essential safety measures to be followed before, during, and after a natural disaster. It emphasized the importance of staying calm, following safety instructions, and helping others during emergencies. A placard presentation highlighted important messages about natural and man-made disasters. Through meaningful slogans and informative messages, students encouraged everyone to understand potential risks, follow safety precautions, and contribute towards building a safer and more prepared society. The assembly concluded with a song conveying a message of hope, courage, and unity. It beautifully reinforced the importance of awareness, preparedness, and collective responsibility in facing challenging situations.
