Pre-Primary F presented morning assembly on “Healthy Heroes of Tomorrow” for National Nutrition Day, showing a journey to Nutrition Kingdom 2050. Students enacted Junk Food Monster vs Captain Nutrition with Healthy Food Army to show effects of junk food. Through dialogues, rhyme, yoga and exercise they highlighted importance of fruits, vegetables, water and active lifestyle. Assembly ended with Tug of War and grand finale message - healthy food and good habits make us strong and energetic.
