A Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programme focusing on Learning Outcomes and Pedagogies was conducted to strengthen teachers’ understanding of competency-based education and outcome-oriented teaching practices aligned with NEP 2020 and CBSE guidelines. The workshop included interactive activities, group discussions, and practical exercises on outcome mapping, lesson planning, and assessment design to enhance effective classroom instruction.
