To help young learners understand the importance of staying healthy, a Health and Well-Being session was conducted for preschool students in a joyful and engaging manner. The resource person spoke about healthy food habits, the importance of eating fresh fruits and vegetables, and the need to keep the body strong and active. Simple examples, pictures, and interactive discussions were used to explain how good food helps children grow, stay active, and protect them from falling sick. The session encouraged children to develop healthy habits such as eating nutritious food, drinking water, and maintaining cleanliness, making learning both fun and meaningful for the little ones.
