Marking the spirit of International Yoga Day, a rejuvenating Yoga Session was organized for staff members and students to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and inner harmony. They gracefully performed various yoga asanas, breathing techniques, and meditation exercises, reflecting their commitment to a healthy, balanced, and mindful lifestyle. The session fostered mindfulness, positivity and holistic wellness, leaving everyone refreshed, energized and inspired.
