A stress management session for class V students utilized drama techniques to explore and address stress-related issues, aiming to use theatre as a tool for emotional expression and stress management. The workshop increased awareness of personal stress triggers and responses, enhanced coping strategies through creative expression and role-playing, and improved communication skills and empathy towards others' stressors. It successfully demonstrated the therapeutic benefits of using theatre for stress management. Participants expressed satisfaction with the interactive nature of the session and reported feeling more equipped to handle stress in their lives.
